Meredith Kilpatrick began her career in real estate in downtown Boston during the “hey-day” of the late 80’s selling luxury condominiums at The Heritage On The Garden. She later enjoyed years of successful residential real estate sales in the metro west suburbs of Lexington and Acton and then to the Cape with new construction sales at the Sales Cottage at New Seabury. Now, after a few years working in the Gift Industry, partnering with local retailers to grow their businesses, we’re excited that she chose Options 153 as the office to reignite her real estate sales career covering Cape Cod & the Islands. Meredith brings years of experience and patience, especially as the mother of two teenage boys and understands the unique needs of buyers and sellers in the Cape market.
