I am writing to let you know how wonderful our experience was with Kim Walsh. My boyfriend and I decided to purchase a condo in Brighton, MA and immediately thought of Kim as our broker. We contacted her, she got an idea of what we wanted and she set up numerous appointments for us that very next Saturday. I have to tell you that my criteria for a house was near impossible in the city of Brighton too. Nonetheless Kim did an amazing job in finding houses to meet that strict criteria. Every time we met with her she was always smiling, upbeat, friendly, professional and optimistic. She gave us the best advice “You’ll know when you find the house you want because you will both love it!” After looking at about twelve condos, we found IT! It was exactly what we wanted and my boyfriend and I fell in love with it on the spot. Kim helped us make an offer that very night we looked at the condo. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the offer/counteroffer of the condo. We ended up purchasing our dream condo for exactly what we wanted! I was impressed with Kim’s responsiveness. She would always call us right back and was always on top of it. Our experience with Kim was delightful and I have already recommended Kim to two of my closest friends. I would recommend Kim to anyone.
